Julia SCHULTZ's parents were Christian SHULTZ born February 10, 1787; died July 26, 1867; and Charlotte LEE born March 2, 1798; died January 1876. They both lived and died Maysville, Mason County KY¹
Julia SCHULTZ's parents gave her a wedding present of a house previously owned by her mother Charlotte LEE and her father General Henry Lee (son of Steven LEE of VA). The house is called Mound Place for a giant Indian Mound in the front pasture. This is one road over from Route 11 near Maysville KY. Julia SCHULTZ's father - Christian Shultz - was a self-made man; ran away from a mean step-mother as a teen and became a very rich merchant. His house was in downtown Maysville but is long gone.²
